Job Title: Account Representative

Location: Richmond, VA

What We're Looking For: We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to work with our customers, sales teams, and internal teams to initiate front-end processes and help deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.

What You'll Be Responsible For In This Role:

• Determine customer product needs
• Configure products to provide quotations to customers /sales
• Price quotations / orders and reconcile pricing discrepancies
• Liaise with Engineering to determine technical feasibility of new products / configurations/ options
• Prepare customer bid packages
• Act as internal point of contact for account(s) incoming and outgoing funnel
• Other duties that may be assigned

What Are The Basic Qualifications?

Bachelor's Degree or 3 years' experience in account management/ inside sales

What Are The Preferred Qualifications?

2 years' experience OEM Mfg environment

• Understanding of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook and Excel)
• Customer focus ability to keep needs of customer front of mind with every initiative

• Excellent written and verbal communication
