Real Estate Paralegal (Title & Survey Experience Required)

As a Real Estate Paralegal with this international law firm, you will be a key partner to attorneys on a variety of commercial real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities :

• Support attorneys throughout all stages of commercial real estate transactions, from due diligence and financing to closing, with a particular focus on title, survey, and zoning due diligence.
• Coordinate closings, prepare checklists, and track key deadlines to ensure seamless execution.
• Review title commitments, title policies, surveys, and related materials; prepare clear summaries and abstracts and assist with identifying items that may require further review or objection.
• Assemble, review, and maintain closing binders, ensuring all documents are complete, accurate, and organized.
• Review and analyze legal documents, including corporate resolutions, title commitments, surveys, and loan agreements.
• Maintain spreadsheets, track client information, and collaborate closely with title companies, lenders, surveyors, and internal teams.
• Assist with other administrative and transaction-related tasks as needed to support attorneys and clients.
