Starting pay is $19.15 - $21.40 per hour , and no previous banking experience is required . This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, cash handling, sales, or relationship building who is ready to grow their career in financial services.

As a Teller / Member Service Representative , you'll be an important part of the Saukville branch team and one of the first people our members interact with. You'll process everyday financial transactions, answer questions, build relationships, and connect members with solutions that support their financial goals. Position Overview

The Teller / Member Service Representative helps members with everyday banking transactions, account questions, and financial solutions while creating a welcoming and positive experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and developing their career in retail banking and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional support to members in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account maintenance, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash while maintaining accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and additional credit union solutions.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns while maintaining confidentiality and following credit union policies and procedures.
• Support branch goals by creating an exceptional member experience and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, cash handling, banking, or financial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for helping others and building relationships.
• Basic math skills and confidence using technology.
• Ability to learn quickly, work accurately in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with a team.
