In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain custom websites and applications within the SharePoint environment to meet client goals and business requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.Job DutiesDesign, develop, and maintain custom web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptIntegrate front-end components with back-end logic in collaboration with developersWrite and implement SharePoint REST API calls and manipulate retrieved dataDevelop and maintain custom forms, automated workflows, and relational databasesPerform maintenance programming and resolve identified defectsTroubleshoot, update, and enhance existing websites and applicationsEnsure code quality, maintain proper documentation, and follow established development standardsPresent and demonstrate completed applications to clients alongside the Project ManagerQualificationsMinimum 5 years of front-end development experienceProven expertise with SharePoint 2013/2016Advanced workflow development experience requiredStrong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience with React, Angular, Bootstrap, or jQuery is a plusExcellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teamsAdaptable to evolving project needs and deadlinesAdditional InformationRRD's current salary range for this role is $91,800 to $146,900/ year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
