The Opportunity Eudia is looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager – Application Experience & Workflows to own the end-to-end user experience across its AI-powered legal platform. This is a highly strategic, hands-on product leadership role where you will define how enterprise legal teams interact with AI across workflows such as: ● Contract review ● Compliance analysis ● Advisory research ● Diligence workflows ● Enterprise knowledge retrieval You will work closely with engineering, AI, design, and customer teams to translate advanced AI capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy, enterprise-ready product experiences for non-technical users. This is a senior individual contributor role with a clear path toward leadership and people management as the business continues to scale. What You’ll Be Doing Product Strategy & Workflow Ownership ● Own the end-to-end application experience across Eudia’s core legal workflows ● Design intuitive enterprise workflows for non-technical users operating in complex environments ● Shape how AI integrates into daily legal and business operations AI Experience & User Trust

• Build highly usable AI-driven experiences focused on trust, explainability, and transparency
• Design systems that include citations, structured summaries, auditability, and confidence indicators
• Ensure AI interactions feel intuitive, reliable, and enterprise-ready

Enterprise UX & Workflow Design ● Drive UX-heavy product thinking focused on usability rather than feature volume ● Design sophisticated enterprise workflows across search, retrieval, review, and decision-making processes ● Balance simplicity with the depth required by professional users Collaboration & Delivery ● Partner closely with AI, engineering, platform, and design teams ● Translate AI capabilities into scalable product requirements and roadmap priorities ● Drive execution from concept through to enterprise adoption and scaled usage Enterprise Adoption & Scaling

• Support enterprise deployment readiness, including permissions, governance, and rollout strategies
• Define product success metrics around adoption, trust, engagement, and workflow efficiency
• Help shape the future direction of Eudia’s product organisation as the company scales

What We’re Looking For Required Experience ● 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B enterprise software ● Experience building user-facing applications for non-technical end users ● Strong startup background, ideally within Series A–C environments ● Proven 0→1 product development experience, taking products from concept to launch ● Experience building AI-powered products in fast-paced startup environments ● Strong background in enterprise workflow design and UX-heavy products ● Technical fluency working closely with engineering and AI teams Ideal Background

• Experience within regulated or risk-sensitive industries such as: ○ Legal Tech ○ FinTech ○ Healthcare AI ○ Compliance platforms ○ Enterprise AI workflows
• Strong customer empathy and user-centric product thinking ● Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with strong ownership mentality
