Position Pay Range: This position is salaried and compensation ranges from $54,080 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience level.
What You'll Do:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
- Coordinate and support Board of Directors meetings and activities.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, reports, and correspondence.
- Arrange executive travel and accommodations.
- Manage executive communications and prioritize incoming correspondence.
- Maintain official organizational and Board records.
- Support clinical privileging processes and continuing education recordkeeping.
- Complete transcription and special projects as assigned.
- Assist with organizational initiatives that strengthen Heartview's mission and operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred), High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (required).
- Minimum of five years of executive assistant (preferred), administrative assistant, or related experience (required).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office technologies.
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute or write in shorthand format.
- Successful background check.
- Compliance with drug-free workplace policies, including pre-employment screening.
