Industrial Maintenance Mechanic2nd & 3rd Shift OpeningsPay: $32.67/hr

We are hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems on production equipment and facility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems on production equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
• Diagnose issues with gearboxes, bearings, motors, chains, belts, and conveyors
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Perform root-cause analysis and corrective repairs
• Complete daily inspections, lubrication, and machine PMs
• Assist with machine changeovers and learn machine operations
• Fabricate, assemble, and install mechanical components as needed
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and environmental policies

Requirements

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills in an industrial environment
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and drive components
• Ability to read mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring tools
• Mechanical aptitude with basic math and computer skills
• High School Diploma/GED plus industrial maintenance experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winston-Salem, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.67 - $32.67/hr.
