Senior Prevention Specialist, HIV - New Orleans

Gilead Sciences seeks a Senior Prevention Specialist for HIV in the New Orleans territory to build relationships with healthcare providers, execute territory sales strategy, and drive adoption of Gilead's products through account management and disease state education.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers across defined territory through in-person engagement
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plan aligned with sales targets and customer needs
- Promote appropriate use of Gilead HIV products while maintaining compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including reimbursement managers and medical scientists to support customer access and operations
- Manage administrative tasks including call reporting, expense submissions, and territory budget oversight
Requirements
- Proven sales success in pharmaceutical Buy and Bill products
- Advanced communication skills for clinical information translation
- Deep product and competitive knowledge in HIV therapeutic area
- Strong account management and relationship-building abilities
- Demonstrated achievement of sales targets in competitive environments
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, PhRMA codes, and FDA guidelines
- Self-motivated, autonomous learner with technical and scientific aptitude
