Requirements Active Pharmacist license in Iowa Immunization Certificationthrough an accredited organization (e.g.,APhA) Noton theDEA Excluded Parties List Valid Driver’s License No pending felony charges or convictionsinvolving controlled substances Ability to workon-siteas needed Education:Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
