What You'll Do

• Independently perform respiratory care procedures in hospital and critical care units
• Respond promptly to changes in workload and patient needs
• Interpret physician orders and assess patient responses to therapy
• Deliver prescribed therapies, including invasive procedures with minimal supervision
• Communicate with the clinical team regarding patient respiratory status and care plans
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of respiratory care and patient safety
• Assist in evaluating and improving patient treatment outcomes

What You Need

Required:

• Valid license as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Ability to interpret physician orders and assess patient needs
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration skills
• Prior experience in hospital or critical care settings (preferred, not mandatory)

Preferred:

• Experience performing invasive respiratory procedures
• Knowledge of respiratory care equipment and protocols
