Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Henderson Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team on a full-time basis . In this role, you will help patients regain independence, improve functional abilities, and enhance their overall quality of life.

You will work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment alongside an interdisciplinary team committed to clinical excellence and professional growth.

• Evaluate patients to develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve independence in daily living activities

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab professionals to coordinate patient care

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately and timely

• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and continued care strategies

• Support a safe, effective, and positive rehabilitation environment

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Active (or eligible) Occupational Therapist license in the state of North Carolina

• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills

• Compassionate, patient-first approach to care

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Ability to safely assist patients during therapy sessions and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
