Office Administrator

Axios Professional Recruitment

Axios Professional Recruitment is partnered with a well-established CPA and financial services firm seeking a Part-Time Administrator in Grand Rapids, MI. This individual will serve as the first impression for clients and play a critical role in maintaining organization and efficiency in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails
  • Greet and assist clients in a professional manner
  • Scan, organize, and file documents and tax returns
  • Maintain accurate records and due dates
  • Support administrative and office operations as needed
  • Handle confidential financial and client information with discretion
  • Assist team members in a collaborative office environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office support experience
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment with little room for error
  • Professional and personable communication skills
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in handling confidential information required
  • Comfortable working with both business and personal clients
  • Software experience, preferred: Microsoft 365, Thomson Tax, File & Due Dates, File Scanning systems
