Axios Professional Recruitment is partnered with a well-established CPA and financial services firm seeking a Part-Time Administrator in Grand Rapids, MI. This individual will serve as the first impression for clients and play a critical role in maintaining organization and efficiency in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails
- Greet and assist clients in a professional manner
- Scan, organize, and file documents and tax returns
- Maintain accurate records and due dates
- Support administrative and office operations as needed
- Handle confidential financial and client information with discretion
- Assist team members in a collaborative office environment
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office support experience
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment with little room for error
- Professional and personable communication skills
- Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in handling confidential information required
- Comfortable working with both business and personal clients
- Software experience, preferred: Microsoft 365, Thomson Tax, File & Due Dates, File Scanning systems
