Customer Service Coordinator

Providing end-to-end support for customer inquiries, the full-time remote Customer Service Coordinator will handle incoming service requests, generate work orders, and coordinate logistics while adhering to company standards. Key responsibilities Answer incoming service requests via phone, chat, email, and online, responding to customer inquiries and escalating issues as necessary Generate and follow up on service request work orders, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction Update company systems and databases, run ad hoc reports, and suggest process improvements for team efficiency Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent experience with up to 2 years of job-related experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive approach to tasks Basic math skills for calculating simple figures such as percentages and discounts Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
