OBGYN Generalist and WHNP with experience Position OBGYN Generalist and WHNP with experience Stratton Group LLC is an established obstetrics and gynecology practice located in Southern MD near DC. It seeks a full‑time OB/GYN physician to join a collegial group of ten physicians. The majority of the team practices mixed obstetrics and gynecology, with some providers focusing exclusively on gynecology. The group serves a diverse patient population and averages approximately 70 deliveries per month, with a balanced gynecology caseload alongside obstetrics. Clinically, physicians manage low‑to‑high‑risk obstetrics and a full range of gynecologic care, including in‑office procedures, minimally invasive surgery, advanced laparoscopy, and robotic surgery. Each physician performs one full day of surgery per week, with the flexibility to schedule cases at either the affiliated hospital or a nearby ambulatory surgery center. New physicians benefit from dedicated mentorship and strong surgical exposure from the outset. The call schedule is 1:8, taken from home, with a post‑call day off. The group operates out of a modern, full‑service hospital featuring a Level IIB nursery and all specialty services on‑site. The facility is a teaching hospital with resident rotations, offering physicians the opportunity to participate in graduate medical education. The group is also seeking an experienced WHNP to join the team on a full‑time basis. Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $350,000, with performance‑based incentives.
