Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doAs a Roadmap Product Marketing Manager at Docusign, this individual will serve as the strategic voice of the product's future, bridging product innovation with market demand. The role involves leading the development and communication of internal and external product roadmaps, translating complex technical advancements into compelling value propositions. This highly cross-functional position requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and exceptional communication to ensure the product vision is clearly articulated, understood, and successfully brought to market.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Roadmap and Innovation Marketing.ResponsibilityDrive development and maintenance of internal and external product roadmaps, managing tailored cuts for different audiences to ensure alignment with product strategy and market needsTranslate complex features and technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for diverse audiencesManage and execute all communications related to roadmap updates, milestones, and strategic shifts, building a strategic cadence and engaging content drumbeat to present our vision to customersGather and synthesize market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform product roadmap prioritizationCoordinate cross-functional efforts to support product launches, growth initiatives, and sales enablement programsSupport product naming, ensuring consistency and brand alignment across all internal and external communicationsAnalyze existing workflows and trackers to identify inefficiencies, recommend, and implement best practices for enhanced productivity and streamlined release managementDevelop and monitor KPIs to assess effectiveness of roadmap communication and release processes, providing data-driven reports for continuous improvementJob DesignationHybrid:Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasic5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech product marketing, with experience in complex sales cycles and IT buyer personasExperience in product marketing and program management/operations, leading complex marketing programs and GTM initiativesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related fieldPreferredMBA or relevant Master's degreeOutstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions. Proven ability to build relationships, influence without direct authority, and drive consensus across diverse, cross-functional teamsStrategic mindset connecting product features to market trends and business objectives. Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data, competitive intelligence, and performance metrics into actionable insightsHighly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple complex projects and deadlines. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute with minimal supervisionProactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset. Thrives in rapidly evolving environments, adapting to changing priorities and navigating ambiguityHands-on experience with enterprise-level marketing and project management toolsWage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $119,100.00 - $184,700.00 base salaryWashington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $114,600.00 - $163,725.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for the following:Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
