Position Overview

We are seeking a process-driven, system-proficient, and exceptionally detail-oriented part-time Bookkeeper to join our specialized real estate solutions division under a permanent work-from-home framework open exclusively to qualified talent based across the Philippines. Supporting a dedicated professional client headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania operating across the Consulting and Real Estate Rental sectors, you will step up to claim absolute ledger balance, transaction entering, and invoice matching accountability. Shifting completely away from general virtual assistant tasking, administrative email typing, or basic manual data entries, you will run an active multi-tier cash flow, asset-based tax strategy, and timesheet processing laboratory—partnering face-to-face with US asset managers, corporate consultants, external property vendors, and internal account coordinators. This position requires an operational professional who structures general ledgers fluidly natively using Bookkeeping best practices, evaluates rental transaction sheets cleanly using expert-level QuickBooks workflows, and coordinates electronic payment balances confidently during part-time morning shifts aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Key Responsibilities

  • QuickBooks General Ledger Governance: Command the daily data reconciliation and bookkeeping tracking parameters for real estate and consulting accounts, ensuring matching transactions cleanly natively utilizing Bookkeeping practices.
  • High-Fidelity Billing and Invoice Management: Generate, review, and issue professional corporate invoices, managing client billing terms and logging external timesheet records with absolute mathematical precision.
  • Rental Asset Accounting: Support complex property management frameworks by calculating asset depreciation curves, recording rental collection streams, and coordinating operational costs across distributed real estate holdings.
  • AI-Augmented Research and Process Modeling: Actively utilize modern generative models (Claude) to execute research requests, optimize accounting checklists, and construct intelligent workflow automation guidelines.
  • Administrative Scope Synchronization: Handle targeted administrative tasks, coordinating timelines, summarizing multi-tier asset expenses, and establishing meeting minutes for cross-border alignment.
  • Tax Strategy and Reporting Assistance: Structure financial outputs and sub-ledger assets systematically, ensuring seamless alignment with established US corporate tax schedules and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven professional history operating as an independent bookkeeper, junior corporate accountant, or real estate financial technician.
  • Mandatory Software Toolset Requirement: Deep, practical hands-on proficiency navigating and managing accounts natively inside QuickBooks software is strictly required.
  • Solid operational understanding of asset-based accounting principles, multi-unit rental property balancing, and basic corporate tax structures.
  • Demonstrated capability using state-of-the-art generative artificial intelligence engines (such as Claude) to build process charts and streamline analytical research.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication strengths in English, ensuring high technical clarity when responding to financial stakeholders.
  • Work Schedule Alignment: Absolute personal flexibility to operate continuously during part-time hours scheduled between 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) .
  • Location Context: Position features permanent 100% remote parameters open exclusively to software-competent financial practitioners residing in the Philippines .

Required Technical Baseline Specifications

  • Dedicated USB headset equipped with active hardware Noise Cancellation mechanics.
  • High-definition working webcam setup alongside an independent computer terminal packing at least a 1.8 GHz processor and a minimum of 4GB RAM.
  • Stable main internet subscription delivering at least 25 Mbps via a wired cable loop, supported reliably by a backup internet link reaching at least 10 Mbps.
