Company has doubled in size and continues to grow Significant advancement opportunities as senior employees retire over the next several years Prevailing wage projects that can pay significantly above base wages 3-day weekends on many projects Paid travel, per diem, and mileage reimbursement Tuition reimbursement and strong benefits package What You'll Do Install structural steel at customer job sites throughout New Hampshire, Northern Massachusetts, Eastern Vermont, and Maine Perform welding, fabrication, and steel erection work Read measurements, blueprints, and project specifications Safely operate welding equipment, torches, hand tools, and power tools Support material handling, rigging, and installation activities Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements Opportunities for All Skill Levels – Apprentice Welders / Ironworkers Basic welding knowledge, training, or certifications Looking to develop hands-on field experience Journeyman Welders / Ironworkers Experience with structural steel, fit-up, fabrication, or production welding Comfortable working independently and as part of a crew Experienced Tradespeople Advanced welding and ironwork skills Ability to troubleshoot field challenges and mentor others What We're Looking For Welding or ironwork experience (all levels welcome) Ability to read measurements and work accurately Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Willingness to travel to project sites throughout New England High School Diploma or GED preferred Medical and Dental Insurance 401(k) with Company Match 100% Tuition Reimbursement Mileage Reimbursement Consistent Full-Time Work Many projects operate on four 10-hour shifts, allowing employees to return home Thursday evening and enjoy a three-day weekend. #J-18808-Ljbffr
