Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients efficiently and professionally
• Schedule appointments and answer patient inquiries via phone
• Take vital signs and assist with clinical procedures
• Draw blood and administer vaccines as needed
• Provide clinical support across various functions
• Maintain effective communication with team members and patients
• Ensure accurate documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Support health education and outreach initiatives

Required Skills

• At least 1 year of medical assistant experience (beyond externship)
• Experience with phlebotomy or venipuncture
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask

Additional Skills & Requirements

• Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred
• Occupational Health experience is a plus
• Experience drawing blood and administering vaccines required
• Availability to work during scheduled hours including MWF 7am-6pm, and Tu/Th 7am-5pm
• Prior experience working in primary care or outpatient settings is preferred
