As an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS), you support clinical leadership in our skilled nursing center, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance. What You’ll Do: • Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical care and services • Participate in care planning, RAI processes, and case management • Monitor documentation, medication administration, and MAR/TAR audits • Lead infection control practices and safety compliance • Conduct daily rounds and collaborate with physicians • Support Quality Assurance, surveys, and Plans of Correction • Oversee restorative nursing programs and clinical systems • Respond to resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion • Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management • Support budget management and cost control initiatives You help drive clinical excellence, regulatory readiness, and a culture of resident-centered care.
