Responsibilities include Performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice and critical thinking. Providing patient-centered care tailored to individual needs and cultural diversity. Partnering with patients and families through effective communication and education. Ensuring safe, quality care through documentation, teamwork, and collaboration. Engaging in professional development, mentoring, and supporting performance improvement initiatives. Promoting evidence-based practices, participating in research, and adhering to organizational policies and safety standards. Supporting resource management and developing protocols to improve patient outcomes. Qualifications include Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred). Current RN license (single or multi-state compact). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. At least 2 years of direct patient care experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills.
