Job DescriptionJob DescriptionElectrical Quality Inspector$26ph - $28phM-F, 1PM - 9PMLocated in Manitowoc, WIWe're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to help ensure our clients electrical assemblies and manufactured products meet the highest quality standards. This role combines electrical inspection with general manufacturing quality control, offering a great opportunity for someone with electrical assembly, testing, or manufacturing inspection experience.If you enjoy solving problems, working hands-on, and helping deliver a high-quality product, we'd love to hear from you.Electrical Quality Inspection: Inspect electrical components, wiring, and assemblies for quality and complianceVerify operation of GFCI outlets, lighting, dampers, and other electrical componentsPerform basic electrical testing using equipment such as multimeters and continuity testersConfirm proper torque markings, conduit labeling, and installation standardsRecord inspection results and document quality issuesIdentify defects and communicate findings to production and quality teamsManufacturing Quality Inspection: Inspecting fabricated and assembled products for workmanship and qualityReviewing welds, paint finish, assembly, and overall product appearanceWorking with production teams to resolve quality concernsAssisting with root cause investigations and corrective actionsFollowing engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality proceduresMaintaining inspection equipment and ensuring calibration requirements are met #Manitowoc1 High school diploma or equivalentExperience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or electrical assemblyStrong attention to detailAbility to read drawings, schematics, or work instructionsComfortable using measuring and testing equipmentStrong communication and documentation skillsPreferred: Technical education or certification in electrical technologyExperience with electrical testingKnowledge of electrical schematics and wiring diagramsManufacturing experience involving fabrication, welding, assembly, or industrial equipmentPhysical Requirements: Lift up to 25 poundsStand, bend, and reach throughout the shiftStrong visual attention to detail and manual dexterityIf you are interested, apply online at send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io worked for Flex-Staff?
