With a convenient Monday through Thursday schedule from 7:45am to 12:15pm, you’ll find an ideal work-life balance while applying your Occupational Therapy expertise. Whether you are an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) or a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), school-based experience is highly valued as you provide vital support to students during ESY programming.

What We’re Looking For:

• Illinois-licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Prior experience in a school setting, especially with middle and high school students, preferred
• Ability to adapt to the unique needs of each student and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, staff, and families
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently within a part-time, ESY-focused schedule

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to the needs of middle and high school students in ESY
• Implement evidence-based interventions, activities, and accommodations to support IEP goals
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation as required by the school
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to achieve the best student outcomes
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to promote student success
