Job Title
Summary: Work Mode: On-site 100% in Irving, TX. Potential for extension and temp to perm, depending on volume.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of basic clerical duties, following instructions and procedures. Tasks may include high-volume scanning, stapling, document retrieval, filing, sorting, creating files, posting records, proofreading, data entry, and maintaining records. Maintain simple to complex files, keep records, compile and check Excel reports. Search and investigate information contained in files, process departmental documents requiring specific knowledge of functional operations, and type correspondence. Regularly required to stand, talk, and hear; occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
Requirements:
Current Notary commission in Texas required. (RON Certification experience is a plus) High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
Excellent customer service skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency. Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook. Mortgage experience is a plus.
