Team Leader at Simeone Plumbing, Inc. - a family-owned plumbing service company serving Sonoma County since 2007, run by husband-and-wife owners Domenic and Gina Simeone. Full-time, $40-$45/hour base plus a team bonus and full benefits. A working leadership role: you lead a field team while staying on the tools. What you'll do: Run the daily field operation and keep standards high Work your own service calls Scope, build, and present thoughtful estimates - respectful, never high-pressure Coach and develop technicians on skill, customer care, and quality Uphold Simeone's standards on every job - arrival, home protection, documentation, and cleanup What we're looking for: 6+ years of service plumbing experience, including complex repairs and replacements A track record running service calls and presenting and closing larger estimates Natural leadership and the patience to coach and develop others Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record Comfort with field software (we run on ServiceTitan) What we offer: Base pay $40-$45/hour, based on experience and certifications Team revenue bonus Full benefits: medical, dental, 401(k) with company match, paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays Ongoing training and support for your professional development Simeone Plumbing, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer; employment is contingent on a pre-employment background check, driving record review, and drug screening.
