Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Set appointments for both the agent and fellow team members. Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently. Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships. Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Open to either Part-Time or Full-Time.
