Position Summary: Provides supervision, support, and guidance to all MPA staff. Provides emergency crisis intervention/assessment as needed. Supervises all staff clinical and administrative documentation. Supervises the provision of all services to MPA clients and their families. Supervises the overall therapeutic milieu of the program. Ensures compliance with all state and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines. Qualifications Master's degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) required. LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or doctorate in the field of psychology/behavioral health required. 10+ years prior clinical supervisory experience required. Minimum 5 years experience working in a day or inpatient children’s psychiatric hospital, or 7 years experience in a special education setting required. 5+ years experience running/supervising an independent program/agency/facility required. Significant experience with program budgeting, fundraising, and grant‑writing. Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance required. Reports to Mount Pleasant Academy Executive Director. Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6% above base pay. Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8% above base pay. Physical Requirements Travel to and from clients’ residences, community locations and office site, possibly using walkways, stairs and/or elevators. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to participate in physical crisis intervention with students as needed.
