Working Conditions Work is normally performed in a typical interior office or laboratory environment Noise level is usually moderate Responsibilities and Duties Corporate Follow all SOPs and other applicable laboratory or company policies and procedures Maintain confidential information General Interact with clients, other employees, and the community in a professional manner Support and participate in company initiatives as directed Maintain thorough knowledge of facility SOPs, policies, study protocols, etc. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures Provide assistance or support to other Inotiv sites Perform other duties as assigned Specific Primarily support remote and on-site Pathologists with study coordination and daily operational needs. Provide secondary support to the DTS Project Management Team and DSA Program Management Team. Lead meetings to maintain and communicate pathology project schedules, timelines, milestones, and priorities. Coordinate pathology start-up by gathering required documents, data, materials, and study information before pathology work begins. Maintain visibility of upcoming and active pathology projects; identify and communicate scheduling conflicts, risks, or missing information. Organize and maintain study materials, records, and documentation across shared servers, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, ESM, Smartsheet, HubSpot, and other required systems. Support preparation of protocols, amendments, change orders, study updates, and other project documentation. Coordinate internal and external shipments of study-related materials. Assist with project status updates, meeting coordination, action-item tracking, and cross-functional communication. Support revenue recognition activities and documentation as needed. Ensure study documentation is complete, accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable SOPs. Use project-management tools and templates to track work, maintain records, and improve project visibility. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, scheduling, and document organization. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Salary Range: $60,000- $68,000, adjusted according to the level of the role and the candidate’s relevant experience and/or education. Salary will be commensurate with experience and responsibilities.
