Senior Accountant

RE/DONE is seeking a Senior Accountant to play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. This position will be responsible for managing key accounting processes, supporting timely month-end and quarter-end close activities, and ensuring financial data is accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced fashion environment with evolving priorities and deadlines. Responsibilities Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. Maintain general ledger accuracy and financial records. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and cash accounts. Manage inventory accounting and cost of goods sold reconciliations. Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Assist with sales tax filings and regulatory compliance. Coordinate annual audits and provide support for external auditors. Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation records. Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Merchandising teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Fashion, apparel, retail, wholesale, or consumer products experience preferred. Strong understanding of inventory accounting and revenue recognition. Experience managing month-end close processes. Advanced Excel skills. CPA preferred. Systems Experience NetSuite WinFashion Microsoft Excel Why Join Us?
