Service Specialist- Medical Equipment Delivery & Patient Support

Position: Service Specialist I Hours: Full-time Location: Roseville, MN Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm. Some on-call weekends and evenings required. Must have a Valid Driver's License

THE POSITION

Establishes and maintains effective relationships with the patients, families and caregivers as well as all PHS employees. Schedules and makes deliveries to patients’ homes in a timely manner. Confirms delivery and reports potentially unsafe conditions. Performs and instructs the initial set-up of oxygen and some DME. Performs data entry functions to log customer visits, conversations and follow-ups. Coordinates regular maintenance service to company vehicles. Assists with warehouse duties and equipment processing as needed. Manages time efficiently and be competent in estimating drive times.

Our services allow our clients to remain and thrive in their homes, schools, and communities. The majority of the clients we serve are age’s birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach, ventilator or g-tube.
