Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to address clients' unique needs.

• Collaborate with clients to regularly establish and review therapeutic goals, ensuring active participation and feedback throughout their treatment journey.

• Deliver teletherapy options for clients, ensuring accessibility for those facing geographical, physical, or scheduling barriers.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development to refine clinical skills and incorporate new knowledge into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population, including adolescents and young adults, who seek assistance for a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD is required.

• Proficient in using technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, to document interactions and manage client information effectively.
