Paralegal

Our client is seeking a sharp, detail-driven Paralegal to join a respected Insurance Practice Group supporting attorneys on complex, high-stakes matters. You'll play a hands-on role in keeping cases moving, protecting critical deadlines, and helping attorneys deliver exceptional results for their clients.

Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 based on experience + bonus

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Prepare and electronically file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents
  • Conduct legal research related to insurance matters
  • Review and summarize medical records, depositions, and case materials
  • Track case timelines and critical deadlines
  • Maintain electronic and physical case files
  • Support trial preparation, including exhibits, witnesses, and logistics
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and experts
What You'll Need to be Considered:
  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Prior litigation experience in a legal environment
  • Hands-on e-filing experience
  • Familiarity with federal and state court procedures
  • Paralegal Certificate and High School Diploma
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
