Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)Location: Coos Bay, OregonSchedule / Job Type: Contract | 13-Week Assignment | OnsiteKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver physical therapy treatments to residents in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical TherapistAssist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independenceDocument patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory requirementsCommunicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status and goalsRequired QualificationsActive Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Oregon or eligibility for licensureGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant programCurrent CPR/BLS certificationExperience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care settingPreferred Experience / SkillsPrior travel or contract therapy experienceFamiliarity with SNF documentation and Medicare compliance standardsWhy Join UsOpportunity to gain valuable clinical experience in a skilled nursing environment on the beautiful Oregon coastSupportive staffing team dedicated to making your contract assignment a smooth and rewarding experience
