Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview

Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating effectively with medical professionals to ensure the well-being of patients.

Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patient health status, documenting observations and care in electronic medical records.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Associate's degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be preferred based on unit requirements.
