Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patient health and vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
Document patient care and progress in medical records accurately.
Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

Valid nursing license and registration in the state of practice.
Associate degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications may be required based on specialty.

Work Environment
