Unsere Mission ist gestartet. Wir beginnen im Battery Valley in Salzgitter mit unserer eigenen Batteriezellproduktion und dem Ramp-up unseres Headquarters für die weltweite Zellfertigung. Der Bereich Human Resources übernimmt hierbei eine Schlüsselrolle über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle. So begleiten wir alle anfallenden Aufgaben von der Personalbedarfsplanung, über das Recruiting und Onboarding bis zur Personalentwicklung und Definition von Grundsätzen. Hierdurch haben wir die Möglichkeit, die Kompetenzen unserer Mitarbeiter für die Erreichung unserer Mission und Vision wertvoll einzusetzen.

Deine Rolle und Aufgaben

Unterstützung der Koordination von Veranstaltungen, Workshops und Diskussionen, die sich auf kulturellen Wandel, Vielfalt und Lernen konzentrieren
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Programmen und Initiativen in den Bereichen Lernen, Kultur und Vielfalt
Fungiere als Kontaktperson für die Lernenden zu Themen der Weiterbildung und pflegen Sie eine effektive Kommunikation mit den Beteiligten
Fungiere als Lernkoordinator in unserem Lernmanagementsystem und überwachen Anfragen zur Befüllung der Lerngeschichte
Überprüfung und Bewertung interner Datenquellen (z. B. Feedbackformulare), initiieren Optimierungsmaßnahmen, dokumentieren und bewerten Sie den Erfolg von Schulungskursen
Zusammenarbeit mit Teammitgliedern an Forschungsprojekten zu Themen wie Lernen, Kultur und Vielfalt
Nehme an Treffen teil und bringen Sie innovative Ideen ein
Übernehme Verantwortung für kleine Einzelprojekte

Dein Profil

Leidenschaftliches Engagement für Themen und persönliches Wachstum der Denkweise der Menschen
Laufendes Studium in Bereichen der Kulturwissenschaften, Soziologie, Psychologie,
Erziehungswissenschaft oder eines relevanten Bereichs
Fließende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch, schön zu haben: Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch

Fortgeschrittenes Knowlege in Microsoft Office-Produkten (Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate)
