German-Speaking Business Development Representative (BDR)

You'll be at the forefront of our go-to-market strategy as a Business Development Representative, responsible for turning conversations with potential clients into steps toward market leadership. You'll join a high-performance team solving a billion-dollar problem in the rapidly growing legal tech space, working with clear playbooks, clean pipelines, and real context—not cold lists.

What You'll Do

• Advise potential clients by understanding their needs and guiding them toward solutions, rather than following scripts.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects using data-driven insights and strategic outreach.
• Close deals by consulting with clients on how our product solves their problems.
• Collaborate with the founding team to refine go-to-market strategy based on market feedback.
• Execute on sales playbooks while having the autonomy to adapt your approach based on what works.

What We're Looking For

• B2-level German language proficiency (fluent, professional communication).
• Proven drive and hunger to succeed in a fast-moving environment.
• Understanding that modern sales is about consulting and problem-solving, not pitching.
• Sales experience or a track record of closing deals (a plus, but not required if you have the right mindset).
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, ego-free team.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action in a scale-up setting.
