We are seeking an experienced Overhead Door Division Lead to drive sales, manage projects, and expand our customer base.
- Lead and develop the overhead door division, driving sales growth and operational efficiency
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial markets
- Manage customer relationships, providing expert consultation and customized solutions
- Oversee project execution from initial sales to installation and completion
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress
- Proven experience in overhead door sales, installation, or a related industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and drive performance
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and industry partners
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals
- Knowledge of overhead door systems, installation processes, and market trends
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
