Lead, Replenishment Operations

About the Role Total Wine & More is seeking a Lead, Replenishment Operations to join our Supply Chain team in Bethesda, MD. In this role you will optimize the processes and workflows employed by the team in support of product flows from multiple distribution centers. The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, meticulous, and able to drive collaboration cross-functionally to advance objectives. You will spearhead the data exchanges with external business partners and resolution of issues while working to redesign and implement initiatives to drive improved efficiency and accuracy. You will report to the Director of Supply Chain Operations. You will Lead and design supply chain processes and workflows to optimize product flow to stores, driving efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across replenishment operations Oversee and advise on issue resolution in partnership with internal teams and external partners, ensuring commitments are met while identifying and implementing process enhancements Innovate and lead process automation initiatives to streamline workflows, improve data integrity, and reduce manual effort across systems and operations Lead and manage the timely distribution of accurate item master data, cost information, and purchase order details to external partners, ensuring data quality and operational alignment Manage and guide cross-functional projects and direct-to-store delivery operations, including freight and warehouse expense reconciliations, ensuring financial accuracy and on-time execution You will come with Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent years of experience 3-6 years of experience in process design and implementation preferred Retail experience preferred Experience in reengineering processes using AI-powered tools Proven success in implementing change in inter-dependent team environments Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with internal and external partners Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL; intermediate VBA skills preferred We offer Paid Time Off (PTO) Generous store discounts Health care plans (medical, prescription, dental, vision) 401(k), HSA, FSA, Pre-tax commuter benefits Disability & life insurance coverage Paid parental leave Pet insurance Critical illness and accident insurance Discounted home and auto insurance College tuition assistance Career development & product training Consumer classes More!
