Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Assist in setting appointments for Agent and other Team Members QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Previous 1-3 years insurance customer service experience preferred.
