We are seeking an enthusiastic and welcoming Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting employees and customers at the front of the lobby. You will provide high-level administrative support by handling information requests, conducting research, and performing clerical functions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors.

• Receive and send packages via couriers.

• Maintain visitor logs and call records.

• Provide security passes and badges.

• Perform typing, filing, and other simple clerical functions.

Essential Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent multi-tasking and customer service skills.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Ability to keep information organized and confidential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, data entry, and Microsoft Office.

Work Environment

This position is located in Lake Forest, California, with onsite parking available. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, including an hour for lunch. The role involves working in person, although virtual meetings via Teams are acceptable. The building will be closing in January, and operations will move to another location. The dress code is business casual.

This is a Contract position based out of Lake Forest, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
