HR Coordinator

Salary: USD25 - USD27 per hour Location: Santa Monica, CA Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team in Santa Monica, CA. In this role, you will provide administrative support to HR Business Partners, coordinate workforce requests, and help ensure compliance with required training programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct support to three HR Business Partners. Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, arrange travel, process expense reports, and perform a variety of administrative duties. Partner with business leaders and hiring teams to fulfill requests for the placement of contingent workers. Coordinate, schedule, and track completion of mandatory training requirements across productions. Follow up with production teams to ensure outstanding training requirements are completed on time. Maintain accurate records and provide reporting support as needed. Assist with additional HR projects and initiatives to support business objectives. Qualifications Previous experience in Human Resources, administration, coordination, or a related support role preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
