About the Role:

As a Regional Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business office staff, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our various facilities and corporate offices. Your primary focus will be overseeing the Facility based business offices and providing coverage when needed

Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct the daily activities of the business office staff , ensuring efficient operations and effective communication with all stakeholders.

• Develop and implement business strategies to improve financial performance, optimize resources, and enhance overall efficiency

• Collaborate with facility management and corporate staff to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization

• Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions and optimize resource allocation

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, patients, and department heads

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Proven experience as a Business Office Manager or in a related leadership role

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with healthcare operations and regulations, MASS Health, Insurances, Collections,

• You must be organzed and detail oriented.

• EMR (PCC) Email, Microsoft Word, Excel

• You must love to work with residents and families

• Strong leader with a passion for healthcare and a commitment to excellence

• ON SITE TRAVEL NECESSARY
