Service Coordinator
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $21.00/hour (higher compensation may be considered for highly qualified candidates)
Job Type: Temp -to-Hire
Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m
Job Summary
Adecco is currently recruiting for an experienced Service Coordinator to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, previous service advisor experience, and a solid understanding of vehicle repair and maintenance processes. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Service Consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with service scheduling, answering repair-related questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and provide exceptional customer service.

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.

• Schedule service appointments and manage repair timelines.

• Communicate repair recommendations, service needs, and updates to customers.

• Input and maintain accurate customer and vehicle information within the company system.

• Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow.

• Address customer concerns and assist with problem resolution.

• Maintain detailed and accurate service records.

• Support operational efficiency through process improvement initiatives.

• Assist with the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor required.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance services.

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Proficient with computer systems and data entry.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional, friendly, and accommodating demeanor.

• Experience developing or improving SOPs is preferred.

• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships.

• Experience handling high-volume phone and customer interactions.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Candidate Requirements
Only candidates with prior Service Advisor experience, strong customer service skills, repair knowledge, excellent communication abilities, and advanced computer proficiency will be considered.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour
