Job Description

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our client in their Katy area office!

Position details:

• Target start date: July 29, 2026
• Anticipated end date: November 2026
• Work schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
• Pay rate: $23.50 / hour
• Office Location: Katy, Texas

About the role:

As the Receptionist, you are the first person customers see when they walk into the office. You will oversee the management of the office to ensure everything is running smoothly and that office standards are being maintained.

In your role:

• Serve as the face of the office by welcoming guests & providing front desk coverage
• Answering phones & transferring calls
• Assist with printer support, booking conference rooms
• Restocking supplies & pantry

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

• 1-2 years previous experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations
• Great listening skills, connects well with others, and is empathetic of the customer's pain points
• Be technologically savvy!
• Experience with both Mac and Google workspaces
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized
• Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours
