About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Strategic Enrollment Initiatives to play a pivotal role in the execution of the Division's most critical projects. This senior leadership position demands a dynamic and strategic individual with a proven track record in enrollment management or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the Division's key initiatives from conception to implementation, requiring a combination of strategic vision and the ability to hold teams accountable while fostering strong, trust-based relationships. The role involves overseeing a high-performing team and managing the Division's enrollment technology systems, budget, and operational contracts. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President role at the company should have 8-10 years' of progressive leadership experience, with a preference for those holding a Master's degree in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will have a background in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within a large institution and a demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to inspire and develop direct reports. Experience in enrollment strategy, including recruitment, retention, financial aid, and student success, is highly valued, particularly within the context of a large, research university or similarly complex institution.
