Product Manager (Bitcurrent)

The Role Our team combines expertise in electric power markets, project development, and software development, making us trusted leaders in this evolving market. We seek an experienced Software Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of our software products. You will define product vision, roadmap, and strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and updates. The ideal candidate will have an energy background, a strong understanding of user needs, and the ability to balance technical and business requirements. Your Day-to-Day Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams and stakeholders. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to keep our product innovative and competitive. End-to-End Product Development: Lead the product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of features that meet quality and customer expectations. Gather and prioritize requirements based on user feedback, market trends, and business goals. Maintain clear documentation. Performance Analysis and Improvement: Monitor product performance using key metrics and user feedback to refine and improve the product, ensuring it provides maximum value. Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: Share results, insights, and recommendations with leadership and stakeholders. Work cross-functionally to remove bottlenecks and enhance team productivity. Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager leading software teams that have successfully shipped high-quality products on schedule. Proven track record of launching products from concept to market. Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum) and familiarity with tools like Airtable and Linear. Ability to define product strategies, create roadmaps, and execute effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical teams. Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach. Knowledge of Energy Markets, including energy contracts, billing, tariffs, and demand-response systems. Understanding of Bitcoin, its components, and related applications. Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Preferred Skills Knowledge of payment processors and financial technologies. Engineering background. Familiarity with UX principles and design thinking.
