Associate District Sales Manager | Enterprise Accounts | Direct Sales

Position Overview ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Enterprise Accounts to grow new market share for our cloud‑based Human Resources solutions with large enterprises (1,000+ employees) within a defined territory. Responsibilities Grow our business while growing yours: attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within designated accounts. Plan and report to achieve success: develop an annual business plan, create account plans, maintain current prospective business reports, and set activity goals. Market and conduct market research: develop prospective client sources, use sales automation tools, identify competitive prospects, and plan strategies to increase market share. Collaborate daily: serve as a trusted advisor, partner and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners and the broader network, working closely with U.S. and global Enterprise Accounts teams on joint and global opportunities. Qualifications 5 or more years of enterprise‑level sales experience. Industry knowledge and/or familiarity with ADP competitors is an asset.
