About the Role:

Equity Property Partners is looking for a motivated and personable Leasing Agent to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA! In this role, you'll be the face of our properties — connecting prospective residents with their next home and driving occupancy through exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner
• Process rental applications, run background and credit checks, and verify eligibility
• Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with local and state regulations
• Maintain accurate records of leads, traffic, and occupancy using property management software
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract qualified prospects
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents to support lease renewals

Requirements:

• 1+ years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) a plus
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent required; real estate license a plus
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
