Senior Legal Analyst Required Education • High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Education • Bachelor's degree Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience • 3+ years of Long-Term Care (LTC) Pharmacy experience • Contract review and contract management experience • Experience supporting contract negotiations • Project coordination and project management skills • Risk analysis and issue resolution experience • Strong stakeholder communication skills • Experience developing and maintaining contract documentation • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills • Business intelligence and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience • Healthcare contracting experience • Vendor or supplier contract experience • Legal operations experience • Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members Overview • Supports contract solutions initiatives and contract lifecycle activities • Assists with contract negotiations, risk assessment, and issue resolution • Coordinates contract-related projects by developing timelines, managing milestones, tracking deliverables, and implementing corrective actions when necessary • Analyzes contractual risks and communicates findings to internal and external stakeholders • Supports development and implementation of process improvements that strengthen accountability and risk management • Maintains and enhances contract management resources, templates, clause libraries, and supplier overviews • Partners with sourcing, legal, and business teams to communicate contractual rights, responsibilities, and obligations • Provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members • Contribute to organizational growth through innovative contract management practices and operational improvements Job Duties • Support contract negotiation and execution activities • Analyze contractual risks and provide recommendations • Coordinate contract-related projects and timelines • Develop contingency plans and corrective actions when needed • Communicate contract issues and resolutions to stakeholders • Implement process improvement initiatives • Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and contract tools • Support contract governance and compliance efforts • Partner with internal business teams and sourcing groups • Track milestones, deliverables, and project progress • Assist with contract documentation and reporting • Coach and support junior team members
