Evaluate labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, overhead, profit, escalation, contingency, and other cost components using current market data and sound estimating practices. Support project planning, budgeting, value engineering, acquisition, and funding decisions by preparing cost models, quantity takeoffs, estimate narratives, assumptions, exclusions, and risk analyses.
